Right swipe on the notes list is too sensitive

This is/was intentionally... It's a feature that you can quickly access the functions in there without having to tap multiple times, just like the notification menu does, and dekko does it the same.

Instead of removing it, we should improve it by adding haptics feedback, and maybe the undline, like dekko does.

That's fine, but the issue is that it's way too sensitive, choosing the
actions for me.

Essentially, I swipe to the left quickly, rather than seeing the options,
one at random is being chosen for me. I have no control over what's being
activated.

If I swipe slowly, I do see which one is being selected and works as
expected (although it was a bit surprising the first time)
