Bug Description
$ mydumper --version
mydumper 0.6.2, built against MySQL 5.5.42
$ man mydumper | grep -- '--kill-
$ mydumper --help | grep -- '--kill-
-K, --kill-long-queries Kill long running queries (instead of aborting)
