Bug Description
Despite the previous bug, MATE Menu does start. However, Preferences | Language Support is shown twice (there is no other duplicate or missing entry). This appears to be because it is enabled twice, in Preferences | Look and Feel and Preferences | Personal, and MATE Menu elides those submenu items into a single Preferences menu.
