"Build and validate click package" doesn't warn about missing commands

Bug Description
On my machine, clicking on "Build and validate click package" in the publish tab seems to do nothing, in fact looking at the console output (which is in another tab) shows
"click chroot: error: schroot not installed and configured; install click-dev and schroot"
the UI should do a better job at signaling the issue (or the ubuntu sdk should depends on the binaries it needs)
