Updated Icelandic translation for 0.92

Hey, it's not an update but a new translation! Welcome to the Inkscape translation team!

I've just committed your translation in the trunk, revision 13951, and also added it to the preferences (so that you can easily select it) and added your name to the translators list.
There are still things to do to integrate it to the Windows installer, and I'll probably work on it next week-end.

Please reuse the same report if you want to update your translation.

Here is another updated po, this time all UI-elements and most of the tools have been translated (55% done). Bunch of corrections, many of those are "comment|string" thingies incorrectly done (stemming from *buntu).

I was about to update the other installer files so that they list Icelandic, and noticed that you forgot to list your own language in the Icelandic.nsh file. I corrected it by adding the following line:

${LangFileString} lng_is "Íslenska"
----
Don't hesitate to correct me if I'm wrong.

(861, CP1252) looks good. At least, it's what I find when I use my favorite search engine.

Note that I had to correct the is.po file due to typos in some tags (mainly in the Tiled clones dialog's translation). Please update your local file with the one I just committed so that I don't need to correct it again next time.

Here is yet another updated po-file for icelandic.
Just passed 75% of strings translated (but only 50% of total words).
But there are some changes in definitions and better wording too.

Here are two updated po-files for Icelandic, one for trunk and the other for 0.91-branch; both based on the current .pot files this morning.

Would be great if somebody could commit them.

Translation added in the 0.91.x branch (rev. 13844, 79% translated) and updated in the trunk (rev. 14428, 79% translated too).

Seems you uploaded the wrong file or didn't sync with the .pot file properly yet?

Weird. Re-merged with today's POT.
Tested with msgfmt -vc, should work this time.

Hi Sveinn,

To prevent mistakes (I was about to commit it in the 0.92 branch...), I'd prefer keeping the report for translations related to Inkscape 0.92. Would you be willing to open a new report for the 0.93 (currently the trunk)?

Do you have plans to update 0.92 again? If so we need to remember that it must not be sent to the trunk.
