Enlisting of nodes fails if region server's DNS name contains dashes

Bug Description

If a region server's DNS name contains dashes the enlisting fails, as the wrong URL is requested by the enlisting node.

@Martin: MP = Merge proposal. What Blake suggested is that you create a bzr branch from lp:maas and submit the diff as a merge proposal on launchpad. If you're unable to do so we can take care of it of course.

Create a bzr branch and create a merge proposal into lp:maas using
launchpad. Have you ever done that?
