Please merge irssi 0.8.17-1 (main) from Debian testing (main)

This is the diff from Debian's packaging to Ubuntu's (produced with debdiff irssi_0.8.17-1.dsc irssi_0.8.17-1ubuntu1.dsc).

The debdiff between the old Ubuntu packaging and the new Ubuntu packaging is enormous:

It looks like the patch adds these two files - what are they for?

Hmm, looks like building the package using dpkg-buildpackage drops those there; they're something to do with CPAN.

Attached is a debdiff with them removed; I've checked and they aren't included in the built deb in either the old or new Ubuntu packages.

This bug was fixed in the package irssi - 0.8.17-1ubuntu1
