Bug Description

Which incorporates new tunings by aoyoumi
(http://www.geocities.jp/aoyoume/aotuv/). Double blind listening tests (ABX)
conducted by rjamorim at hydrogenaudio.org have concluded that this version is
superior to many proprietary formats at 128bps

also, libogg should also be updated to support the final version of oggFLAC
