This is error:

netbix@amd64x2:~$ sudo apt-get install vice

I'm getting the same error on an i386 system.

vice (1.20-2.1ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Ensure dir and dir.old do no tship in the
    /usr/share/info directory of the package. (LP: #141427)
  * Update maintainer as per spec.
