HTTPD - Apache2 section small problems

Two small problems found in HTTPD chapter (see: https://help.ubuntu.com/14.04/serverguide/httpd.html ):

- Configuration / Basic Settings / 1. missing "be" from the middle of the second sentence ("which can modified or used as-is").

- Configuration / Default Settings / 2. directs the reader to /etc/apache2/conf.d/localized-error-pages. I may be missing something, but a /etc/apache2/conf.d directory does not exist in my default apache2 installation (Ubuntu Server 14.04.1).
