Looks like this typo is present in wpa_supplicant 2.1-0ubuntu7 on Ubuntu 15.04 too, based on http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/vivid/man8/wpa_supplicant.8.html.

This is not something Ubuntu would carry a patch for but when this is fixed in Debian we'll get the fix as the package is sync'ed from them.
