Bug Description
See attached screenshot. The Authentication Failed page needs a few fixes:
- It probably needs to inherit a base template to have proper margins
- It's mentioning Summit
- It needs to be marked for translation

I pushed a partial fix for this to lp:~dholbach/developer-ubuntu-com/1403814 - the only bit remaining afterwards is "- It probably needs to inherit a base template to have proper margins".
