Bug Description

When in the New stage, this mac is a random mac from the host. Additinally, it seems as though it is also random when in the Commissioning and Ready stages. It should always be the mac that the host initially pxe booted from.

Customer requested that it be the mac from initial PXE so they can be confident of what system it is early in the game.

MAAS records which MAC is the one a node PXE booted from during commissioning.

In order to display this MAC in the listing for 'New' and 'Commissioning' nodes, we could look into changing the enlistment script to report the MAC the node pxebooted from *first* (suggestion from smoser: "/proc/cmdline probably has a BOOTIF on it that gives you a mac address") so that it would get displayed as the "primary MAC" (i.e. the first one in the node's MACs)

I've QAed this and it doesn't seem to work. I think I know where the problem is so I'll fix it.
