Can no longer see calendars

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open calendar
2. Tap on the header to see the actions
3. Choose the "Calendars" action

Actual:
- No calendars shown, blank screen (see attached screenshot)

Expected:
- Current calendars are shown

Notes:
- I've got a google account calendar set up from a previous version of calendar, and I can actually see the events., it's just the Calendars page that does not show anything.
- Also, I've noticed that the sync action is gone from the header, might be related to calendars not appearing?

Same here. It looks like the page doesn't get drawn.
