Bug Description

I have just installed the hoary preview on my amd64. Previously I had been
running an upgraded warty (kernel 2.6.9) without problems.

With both the 2.6.10 and the 2.6.11 kernels I have been experiencing problems
with my usb-mouse and my built in network-adapter stopping to work after a few
minutes.

I have a nvidia card but do not use the proprietary drivers.

If you made the 2.6.9 kernel available again, I could try it to see if the
problem is with the newer kernels.

When I boot, I get an error about some bios thing (that I didn't get with kernel
version < 2.6.10).

I'll write it down and attach it.

What else can I do to help you troubleshoot my problem?

Try booting with noacpi and attach output from dmesg, lspci -v and lsusb

noacpi fixes the problem,
booting without the mouse and then plugging it in as the system is up does too.

The output of lspci -v and dmesg with kernel 2.6.12-6-k7 without noapic

The bug is still there.
