Bug Description
The following error occurs in utopic server installations starting from 20141011:

Occurs with both amd64 and i386 iso's post 20141011 inclusive. Installer syslog is attached.
Steps:
1. Boot the iso and proceed with default selections.
2. After confirmation of partitioning options, this error is seen
