Bug Description
When I ran an upgrade from the update manager, it hung waiting for user input in
the terminal area. It required that I select a timezone. This happened on both
machines that I've tried the LiveCD on.

This should be fixed by doing explicit time zone configuration; Colin, can I
borrow the d-i hooks for this, or do I need to do it in casper directly?
Upgrading the live CD is a bit of a rare use case, but this is probably worth
fixing (it would also allow customized live CDs to preseed a time zone)
