Bug Description
There is a typo in environments.yaml preventing bootstrapping on the orange-box.
YAML files do not accept TAB spacing and the environments.yaml file now has a TAB on the line:
The TAB must be replaced with spaces.
This prevents bootstrapping no the Orange Box

I also see when bootstrapping after correcting the TAB error:
unknown config field "enable-os-upgrade"
So, it would seem this field is incorrect too.
I am using juju 1.20.8 version.
