[OOBE] awkward text in setting set-up wizard

Bug Description
(running r67)
The last step of the set up wizard presents a page labeled "Bug Reporting". This is relatively geeky language for a general audience, and it sets a negative expectation.
I suggest that the title be reworded along the lines of "Help make Ubuntu better" or "Improving your experience" (or something snappier, but more accessible than "bug reporting").
