[krillin] ofono crashes after doing modem offline, then online

Bug Description

Doing:

# offline-modem /ril_0
# online-modem /ril_0

crashes ofono. This happens only if the other modem is online all the time, so this does not really affect flight mode, which onlines/offlines both modems at the same time.

Can you paste the backtrace from the crash and/or point to where in the source the crash occurs?
