Bug Description
* Enable the lockscreen on your phone
* with the locked greeter, swipe the greeter from right to left to get to the lockscreen
* on the lockscreen, pull in the greeter from the left
actual outcome:
greeter is pulled in, animates back outside the screen when released
expected outcome:
should not be able to pull in the greeter on top of the lock screen
