Event bubbles: do not cut off text vertically

Bug Description

Not sure if this is a regression from bug 1308001. Perhaps it was never fixed and I've just noticed.

Often if the vertical length (duration) of an event is short, we cut the event name halfway through withouth bottom margin. Rather than doing that, if the name does not fit completely in the bubble, we should either:

- Not display the description, or
- move the description to the line above, i.e. next to the start/end time

In summary, we should never cut text off and we should respect the bubble's margins.

Hi David , thanks for this bug.

now the bug you mentioned previously got resolved , if you notice the description is not being displayed if it is not fit.
Now, it is regarding event Name , so the duration of the RSS Meeting is 25 mins , and it cut of the event name.

How about removing time from event bubble in as it is now shown in left panel and i believe it should be predictable.

Ah, good point, I've updated the bug description to make it clear we're talking about the event name. I've checked what they do for Google calendar, and they seem to do something similar to what I was proposing: if there is no space enough, the event name is moved to the line above, the one with the time. In addition, they remove the end time to leave more space for the name (see attached screenshot).

What I've also noticed is that there is no bottom margin in our bubbles, the text goes right into the edge.

What about:

- Adding a bottom margin to the bubbles
- Reducing all the bubble margins (I think now they're 1 gu, could we make them 0.5 gu?)
- If the text is cut off, move it to the line above, with the time. Remove the end time from the bubble.
