When setting the flight mode, the indicator header moves

Bug Description

To reproduce:
Swipe down the network indicator.
Check the flight mode switch.
(Notice how the header moves, see the attachment)

I tested this on krillin, image 14.09#1.

Fixing bug 1368856 would be one way of fixing this bug.

OK, gonna leave this open as "low" just in case....will hopefully come back to mark it as "won't fix".
the reason is we're about to embark on implementing the redesign in this bug 1368856

if that gets pushed out, then we may come back and raise priority on this...but i doubt it

I see the same thing on krillin, RTM #44. Enabling or Disabling FlightMode causes it, dismissing the menu and re-opening corrects the header.

i-network has no control over the visual rendering on unity8 side.
