UOA needs to export export the right QML2_IMPORT_PATH before running plugin code

From the Reminders app click package:

It turns out that UOA does not find the Evernote binary module. Previously, in a .deb package we installed this module in the ubuntu-system-settings private modules location, but we cannot do this with a .click, thus the right QML2_IMPORT_PATH before running plugin code. This stops the app from working, as no account can then be selected.
