Bug Description

Mako with MultiROM running #239

I sync three calendars in the calendar app, so I have those three checked under calendars and the "Personal" calendar unchecked because I don't use it. Still, when I want to add a new event, it defaults to the "Personal" calendar. It should default to one of the calendars in use, or better yet, to a calendar of my choice.

[UX Comment]
- Unchecked calendars should not be provided as an option (let alone act as the default)
- Ideally the last calendar selected should be used as the default for ongoing use. During first use, the first calendar listed (in settings) should be selected by default.

[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> as we discussed last time
[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> first time when user open calendar and create event,
[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> default calendar selected by system will used
[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> if user changes calendar using calender selection
[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> that calendar will become default calendar
[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> and this will be used as default calendar now onwards
[22:44] <kunal> <kunal> is this seems right ?
[22:45] <kunal__> JMulholland: can you confirm ?
[22:45] <JMulholland> Yea, that seemed the way to go last time we discussed (popey agreed)
[22:46] <JMulholland> the app remembers which calendar you used last and assumes you want to do it again

When was this fix released? I am on version 0.4.711 and it still defaults to "Personal calendar". I tried adding an event, choosing my gmail calendar instead and saving. Adding another event still defaults to "Personal calendar".
