Cut and paste should clear paste buffer after pasting

Steps to reproduce:
 * place a file in a directory within home
 * long press on the file in the file manager app
 * select cut on the pop up menu
 * move to another directory
 * swipe up the toolbar from the bottom edge
 * click Actions button
 * select Paste 1 File
 * note file is pasted in to current folder

Expected result:
 - cut/paste is now complete so would expect clipboard to be empty

Actual result:
 - repeated visits to the Actions menu allows you to paste more copies of the file
