Bug Description
As described in the spec,
> Interaction with a successful transfer:
> On tap of a successful transfer, should open the file within the associated application.
> On tap of an application icon, should launch the application.
Tapping on a successful transfer currently has no effect.

Seems fixed as of rtm image 9 + rtm silo 004.
