Bug Description

Entering the SIM PIN 3 times wrong will lock the SIM card so that it requires the PUK to be unlocked. The network-indicator however, still requests the PIN on and on and thows that at the SIM card.

This means:

* A locked SIM card currently can't be unlocked with Ubuntu Touch any more

* The misleading message is likely to destroy the SIM card completely because entering the PUK wrong a couple of times locks the card up completely and it needs to be replaced.
