Lubuntu-dark-panel does not inherit Lubuntu theme

Bug Description

Lubuntu-dark-panel does not correctly inhert the Lubuntu icon theme. In "/usr/share/icons/Lubuntu-dark-panel/index.theme," changing the inherit setting from "Lubuntu" to "lubuntu" seems to fix this (from uppercase to lowercase). I have included the patched file. Before this patch it would inherit the GNOME icons, which is not the intended action.
