Bug Description
With overview, steps to reproduce:
- bottom swipe to overview
- long left swipe to dash
Expected:
- overview closes
- dash switches to apps
Current:
- dash switches to apps behind overview

Actually there's one more case where this is broken, even with the linked branch - when you open a non-favorite scope in the overview, going to dash doesn't close that scope.
