Bug Description

For Yade 1.10.0-72-d9ab58c~precise, I am using DomainLimiter() for one of my simulations to remove spheres outside my intended volume. After I changed my sphere packings into clumps, Yade crashed when DomainLimiter() had to delete one of the clumps. It did not crash when I tested it with a DomainLimiter() bounding box that caused no clump deletion.

I took an exmaple script and tested it with DomainLimiter() to confirm the crashes. The same behaviour was exhibited by this script so I have attacthed it to this post.

Thanks for pointing this out. It is a serious bug introduced recently.
It should be fixed [1] already. Feel free to reopen it, if the problem
still exists.

I think it is critical for people, using clumps intensively. I will probably
release a bugfix-version of Yade soon.
