don't display videos in content-picking mode when only Pictures are requested

Bug Description
When being invoked in content picking mode, we are allowing pictures and videos to be displayed and selected.
We need to honor the content type that is being requested. If only ContentType.
Steps to reproduce:
- open messaging-app
- create a new message
- click camera icon, which will invoke gallery app in picking mode
Expected results:
gallery should only display Pictures or allow Pictures to be selected
Actual results:
gallery allows Pictures or videos to be selected
