cowbuilder fails to build linux-restricted-modules

Bug Description
Binary package hint: cowdancer
Steps for reproduce:
apt-get source linux-restricte
sudo cowbuilder --build linux-restricte
It fails when ati driver checks archive integrity.
Workaround:
Use pbuilder
Packages installed:
cowdancer-0.25
pbuilder-
In general, cowbuilder always fails to build packages with installers that check archive integrity such as ati driver and googleearth.
