See summary, you have tons of file types listed by default as Scratch but not the main Text Editor listed up top.

Clarifying the screenshot: In the "Editor de texto" (Text editor) box, Scratch should be there by default.

This is intentional, so that it respects the Text Editor chosen in Switchboard > Applications.

This is also extra Invalid now because we hide the pane, so if we hardcoded scratch-text-editor, it would be unchangeable.
