BZR4985: something iffy with gerber files

Bug Description

I've noticed that the renderings of the gerber files looks somewhat different than what is shown in pcbnew. I use 'gerbv' to inspect gerber files, and so does one of my preferred PCB manufacturers (OSHPARK). So I have to assume that boards manufactured there would be faulty as well. Something significant has changed.

So far I have discovered issues with the Edge-Cuts layer.

Not a bug in Gerbview. This is a rounding issue when creating Gerber files.
Fixed in rev 4988.
