gallery-app crashes when trying to delete multiple photos

I just tested gallery-app from last image (rev 100) on nexus 4 and I was not able to reproduce the problem. I added a couple of images with different dates, selected some of them and removed. I repeated the process a couple of times and was not able to crash the application.

I was taking a look on the crash log and it does not point to any specific call from gallery. The stack log mentions some core functions but I was not able to find the exact reason of the problem.

Am I missing something during tests?

Reproduced on mako with build #162

This works properly on mako
On krillin the confirmation dialog hangs and nothing happens. Eventually by repeated pressing on the dialog the app exits. I did not see a crash file. The photos are not deleted

I can get this to occur pretty reliably with the following steps (like 3 out of 4 times)

Make sure the apps are closed
open camera
take 5 photos
open gallery
press on the current dates event to select all photos
delete
the prompt comes up, press delete and the app crashes or hangs

If gallery is already running it seems to not happen
Not sure it matters but I have a single event

Also note that on krillin, the event is layed out wrong toward the center of the panel and the icons in the header are black boxes

Not reproducible on the latest RTM image (#75). There is another bug with the tabulation of the number of images (it counts the event as an image), but this bug I can't reproduce.

I just had this on mako with the latest image

I also noticed the incorrect count always being one more than the actual number in the event per the last comment.

This bug was fixed in the package gallery-app - 0.0.67+14.10.20141008-0ubuntu1
