Bug Description

maas 1.5.1+bzr2269-0ubuntu0.1 in Ubuntu 14.04 hardcodes the IP address
of one of the two ntp.ubuntu.com servers into any MAAS managed DHCP
service. Please don't do this as it's unnecessary (dhcpd.conf will
accept a hostname for ntp-servers) and having the IP hardcoded will
cause subtle breakage if we ever relocate ntp.ubuntu.com again.
