Bug Description

Websockets do not work. I get this error: "No suitable default RequestUpgradeStrategy found" when spring searches for "org.springframework.web.socket.server.standard.TomcatRequestUpgradeStrategy"

I think tomcat7-websocket.jar and websocket-api.jar need to be added to the lib direcotry

Are you sure this is a security bug? If I add my own tomcat7-websocket.jar and websocket-api.jar files it works.
