Bug Description

# invoke-rc.d dbus reload
Job for dbus.service failed. See 'systemctl status dbus.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.
invoke-rc.d: initscript dbus, action "reload" failed.

This fails because /lib/systemd/system/dbus.service refers to //bin/dbus-send, which doesn’t exist. Correcting the path to /usr/bin/dbus-send fixes the problem.

  * debian/dbus-Xsession: Don't start a session bus if there already is one,
    i. e. $DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS is already set. (Closes: #681241)
