Bug Description

Reported based on the last comment here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-xtradb-cluster/+bug/1271177/comments/6

This is required since otherwise, 'show status' blocks on FTWRL.

Note, it is still possible to do this in SST script with --init-connect of
innobackupex, however, for those who take backups, this will still cause
issues.

The fix is to run "set session wsrep-causal-reads=0" before executing FTWRL.

Yes, that would be apt since status variables (required for xtrabackup galera
info) are queried after FTWRL.

Besides, since FTWRL is already in place, causality violation shouldn't matter since provider is paused at the time.
