Bug Description
Since some images already, we are getting constant failures in the ubuntu_weather_app test suite. There is always at least one test failure, up to 5-6 at max. Usually these are the same tests failing, one of the following:
- test_refresh_tabs
- test_switch_
- test_switch_
- test_switch_scale
- test_switch_service

Re-runs usually do not help, sometimes less tests fail, but generally there are always some failures.
Running locally also results in a similar number of test failures.
