Bug Description

Please backport python-gnupg 0.3.6-1 (universe) from trusty to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Since python-gnupg does not exist in precise, it would be nice for us to backport it in so that it can be used.

https://launchpad.net/~cjohnston/+archive/ppa/+build/5971431

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s trusty -d precise python-gnupg

* precise:
[X] Package builds without modification
[X] python3-gnupg installs cleanly and runs
[X] python-gnupg installs cleanly and runs

No reverse dependencies

And it's not working in Precise, because there are no python-gnupg package in ubuntu repositories :(
