api caching should cache the actual HostPort values

Bug Description

Right now we only cache the address information. Which means we can't tell that some of those addresses are private, even though we were told about that when Login returned.

bug #1310258 is slightly related, in that we shouldn't be reporting localhost addresses for machines in APIHostPorts.

Note bug #1311227 is that we should be providing ways to filter/select information from "juju api-endpoints" once we are able to distinguish addresses.
