Bug Description
A few issues with third party driver support have been identified via testing/review:
* A node's release is hardcoded to trusty
* Retrieval of the udeb file doesn't use the HTTP proxy as configured by maas
* If a node has a device that matches a modalias for a third party driver, that third party driver's blacklisted modules will be passed as a kernel command line parameter to the node, even if third party driver use is disabled.
