"System Notification Helper" pops up always

Helper should also be fixed as per

kubuntu-notification-helper (14.04ubuntu11)

please send me location of root file of the bug that i have been assigned.

This bug is fixed for me, and according to the reports above, the fix is released for everyone. I see no way to indicated that to Launchpad.
