Bug Description
Installing from CD instructions for Ubuntu 12.04 Server has steps out of order.

Steps 11 & 12: Creating a new user and encrypting the home directory should actually be located in between the two steps in Step 8: System Hostname and Time Zone setup.
Pretty simple fix...but important.
