Doc: FAQ should explain health checking better

Bug Description
The description of health checking here is incomplete.
1) I would suggest providing a more generic query to test health with. We dont' need to select their table, SELECT 1 FROM dual would probably do it.
2) We need to include information about checking donor state and make this blurb consistent with the description of clustercheck on this page: http://
What clustercheck does should be explained in this faq.
