[gdm] in prerm update-alternative option should be --remove

Bug Description

in ubuntustudio-gdm-theme.prerm the line :
 update-alternatives --install /etc/gdm/gdm-cdd.conf gdm-config-derivative /usr/share/ubuntustudio-look/gdm-cdd.conf 50

should be:
 update-alternatives --remove /etc/gdm/gdm-cdd.conf gdm-config-derivative /usr/share/ubuntustudio-look/gdm-cdd.conf 50

  * Added cursor.theme.
  * Move UbuntuStudio's index.theme file into the ubuntustudio-theme
    package.
  * gdm/GdmGreeterTheme.desktop.in: Merged changes from desktop file.
  * gdm/GdmGreeterTheme.desktop: Removed.
  * debian/ubuntustudio-gdm-theme.prerm: --install -> --remove (LP: #129124)
