Was previously in the gear menu & available in both icon & list views.
With the new Ubuntu menus it's not there making it unnecessarily difficult in list view to create new docu

Thanks, I guess we should add it to the file menu (it was there before upstream dropped the menubar iirc)

Seems to make sense. The issue for those using list view is when a dir. fills the window there is no 'empty' space to the far right for a right click (entries now extend the full width of window
