Bug Description

Running byobu on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, the status bar logo is not set correctly although the distribution is properly detected (BYOBU_DISTRO=RHEL). Tested on RHEL 5, 6, and 7 beta, the result is the same, the logo falls back to "[B]".
